The flower market in Central Lima is at least as large as a football field. Inside are rows and rows of vendors selling mostly live plants, cut flowers, and plant and flower related products. Inside you can also find a few fruit and vegetable stands and "restaurants." Our "Mission President," President Boswell and his wife took us and another area office couple to see the market on P-day (preparation day) and to buy some flowers for our home. (Since we are assigned to the Area Office, we don't work under a Mission President but President Boswell claims us as his Senior Missionary Zone.)
Mixed into the flower market are restaurants and other food vendors along with fruit and vegetable vendors.
Success At The Market
We went to the market with President and Hermana Boswell and Elder Peter and Sister Joella Hansen. Thank you President Boswell for the fun trip to the Market!
The last photo is of the view of Lima from the flower market with Sister Boswell and Sister Hansen.

Looks like a fun excursion! I'm glad you are enjoying your mission so much!
